I would just like to mention that the Service Department are fantastic!! We have had our vehicles serviced with Lander Toyota for approximately 6 years and we have never looked back. The service provided was outstanding and we love the fact that the staff remember our faces, name and history of our vehicles. The prompt drive-in service between 7-9am also won the hearts of my two young children.
The lady who drops off and picks us up each time we have a vehicle serviced is lovely and always remembers where we live. No instructions are required.

I took delivery of my new Toyota Corolla today and the whole experience was made so much more special due to the superb customer service displayed by your sales people...it is an exhilarating and at the same daunting experience purchasing a new car...as a business owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find good staff...it is even more difficult to find people that truly understand the concept of service and customer care...the two salespeople have it in spades and as a result, customer loyalty is developed and nurtured...my business partner will be updating his Toyota before long and I know where I will be sending him...well done Lander Toyota!
I would like to take the opportunity to shed light on the fact that having my car repaired under the warranty agreement provided with the purchase of my vehicle from McGrath Mitsubishi Liverpool, was not one that I had invested much faith in.
When I requested that my vehicle be towed to McGrath your service manager arranged to do so without raising any difficulties or concerns. It is a pleasure when one finds oneself engaged with an organization that is as professionally motivated and integrity bound as your team.
Who knows how many customers he has imbued with a sense of confidence and reassurance in dealing with McGrath. I will be bringing my vehicle to McGrath Liverpool for its general maintenance services, in no small part to the standard that has been set by your service technicians, sales and finance staff, and your administration team. I just wanted to send a quick thank you, as I have been so impressed and appreciative of the excellent service at Liverpool Nissan since I bought my 6 year old Captiva there recently. The sales rep was absolutely lovely, courteous and helpful throughout the whole sales process and the service centre has been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the past weeks as I've had my 10,000km service and had a few small issues fixed under warranty.
The level of service provided by Liverpool Nissan has continually exceeded my expectations, including the efficiency with which all the servicing and warranty-repairs were carried out, the cleaning and detailing my car was given after servicing (the faded trim was brought up like new), and even the full tank of petrol in my car on the day I first picked it up... The little courtesies make a big difference!
So thanks for everything. I will be sure to tell my friends and family where to go when they're in the market for a car!
I recently serviced my car at Castle Hill Holden and was extremely impressed by the level of service I received from one of your employees. He took the time to explain all elements of the service, he listened and provided advice on additional options, was exceedingly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would just like to say congrats to him for being such a professional and providing such an exceptionally high level of service. I will be recommending Castle Hill Holden to others as a result.
I first bought a second hand in 1999 and fell in love with the dynamics of the Subaru. As a driver of over 40 years, I found that this vehicle gave me the surefootedness and feel safe on the road in any conditions. So I went on to buy my second Subaru - the Liberty. I contacted the salesman from McGrath Subaru. He knew his product well and since the day we first spoke I had no trouble in dealing with him for the purchase of an additional Subaru, the Outback and also referred my son who later bought an Impreza RX.
The sales rep has been great to deal with and has always kept me informed of the latest models. I know when I buy my next vehicle, I will go straight to McGrath’s for the purchase of yet another Subaru, as I know he will go the extra yard to put me in the right vehicle for my needs.
Myself and my Business Partner a few weeks ago came in to look at some used Hilux utes for our business. We spoke with your sales person and he was very helpful when it came to the wide selection of used vehicles and how they would most benefit our business. Although we did not go ahead with a purchase on this day he gave us a couple of follow up phone calls that were most welcomed. He was informative and helpful even though we still didn’t go ahead with buying a vehicle at this stage.
Quickly after this we were in desperate need of another vehicle as ours had broken down and needed to get on the road as soon as possible. My business partner spoke to your sales person who helped us get on the road as soon as we could to meet our very strict deadlines in the days to follow.
With the help of your team we were able to view the Ute we needed, sign the paperwork and drive away within 24 hours and 10 minutes. This was an amazing effort and with this I was able to meet my business obligations with no interruptions. In the coming months my business partner will be looking for a used Ute too, and knows where he can get the right advice and a great deal.
Once again I would like to thank the team for their efforts and we will most definitely buy from Lander Toyota in the future.
You and your team serviced my car about a month ago and I truly couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided. I have filled out a form online to tell the Mitsubishi Team how amazing your service was but I would also like to thank you again. My previous car was a Mitsubishi as well but it was serviced at a different place, which disappointed me, but you and your team in Liverpool are an amazing example of fantastic customer service!

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the service team at the Mitsubishi dealership in Liverpool NSW. I had to get my first service competed on my new vehicle and was advised that legally my children are not able to go on the courtesy bus. So I anticpiated that taking the car to get serviced was going to be a massive inconvenience, complete with trying to get public transport while it was raining to go about my day and be done in time to pick up my daughter from school. Upon dropping off my car, the service team organised for a staff member to drop me and my son to the shops and come and pick me up when my car was finished. It was no trouble and made what I envisioned to be a crappy day into a completely smooth and easy day. This car is our first Mitsubishi car but it will not be our last. The service manager and team at Liverpool are amazing and were more than happy to go above and beyond my expectations to make my experience a pleasant one. Thank you Mitsubishi Liverpool!!
